Pontus Kristiansson CEO One of the founders of Avail, Pontus Kristiansson is a seasoned Internet Software entrepreneur. He holds an MSc in engineering and a background within consumer marketing and strategy from Procter & Gamble and McKinsey&Co, as well as from several Internet start-ups.	Måns Holmgren CFO Måns Holmgren holds a BSc. in International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Over the years he has gained experience working in companies large and small, in industries as diverse as tools, healthcare and IT. He has extensive international work experience gained from over 10 years in positions in the USA, Denmark and Sweden.	Henrik Schinzel CTO As Chief Technology Officer at Avail, Henrik Schinzel's role is to foresee and understand the market trends, capture new ideas and translate these into features for Avail's software. Prior to co-founding Avail, Henrik was an AI expert and lead developer at e-commerce software company Absalon (later Infobank and Izodia).	Nicklas Larsson COO Nicklas Larsson joined Avail in 2011, coming with an international sales and marketing background from Ericsson and Microcell. During the last decade, he has started and work in senior management positions at several telecoms and hi-tech startups. He holds a B.Sc. in Business and Economics from Lund University.

Henrik Nambord Business Development Director Co-founder and Business Development Director, Northern Europe, with direct responsibilities for sales, partnerships and business development for the Nordics and Germany. He holds an MSc. in Management from Lund University and served as an operations manager at Telelogic (acquired by IBM) prior to co-founding Avail.	Markus Schilling Merchandising Services Director As Merchandising Services Director, Markus Schilling is responsible for maximizing the value of Avail's products to existing and prospective clients. He joined Avail after 8 years at Neckermann, one of Europe's largest online retailers, where he was the Head of E-Business Solutions.	Sara Svedevi Account Management Director Client Services Director and responsible for pre & post sales customer support and services. Sara Svedevi joined Avail from Sigma Exallon, where she worked as a consultant and project manager specializing in retail IT systems, and holds a BSc. in Informatics and an MSc. in Political Science from Lund University.	David Johansson Marketing Director David joined Avail as Marketing Director in 2010, with a background in high-tech marketing and strategy from several software companies and McKinsey & Co. He holds an MSc. In Technology Management and a MSc. in Engineering Physics from Lund University.
