Need help? FAQ
If you have a question or a problem, you are always welcome to contact Avail. However, you might be able to save time by taking a look at some typical questions from other visitors here first:
Can I get training?
Yes, we offer all new customers face to face on-site training. More advanced training is offered as and when needed. Additionally, all customers have access to online video training via the Avail tech-website and the possibility to set up pre-scheduled personal web-meetings with our support staff.
Do Avail customers always experience a positive result?
The % increase in sales as a result of employing the Avail solution naturally varies depending on the kind of product being sold. However, it will always generate a result that’s better than you can achieve by any other form of merchandising (e.g. manual merchandising or by simply displaying the same top-sellers to every visitor). The reason for this consistently superior performance is that Avail merchandising gives visitors highly relevant information (i.e. individualized offers) and highly trustworthy tips (i.e. offers generated from other users). All the research clearly shows that consumers trust their peers far more than offers made by the store itself.
How are the results measured?
Avail software comes with a fully integrated and automated metrics functionality that measures the exact contribution it makes to your sales revenue. As visitors browse your site and convert into customers, data is collected and real-time results can be viewed on our web-based control-panel.
How do I know that it’s working as it should?
Once live, you can use the web-based control panel to check Avail’s contribution to your online sales results at any time. Why not also pretend to be a new visitor to your own site and get a feel for the improved shopping experience yourself? Examples
How long does it take to install?
The record time from start of implementation to go-live was 1 hour and 20 minutes, but it normally takes 2-3 days.
