Integration Process
Integrating Avail Behavioral Merchandising™ with your e-commerce platform is a fast 3-step process:
- Install the software (if you choose software-as-a-service, Avail performs this step for you).
- Set up a data feed to provide the system with your product catalog.
- Place the recommendations on your site.
It is even easier if you are a customer to one of our OEM partners, who provide Avail Behavioral Merchandising™ as a pre-integrated module to their platforms.

Local install
For retailers who are required – or prefer – to host their software themselves, behind their firewall, Avail as one of very few vendors also offer an installable version of our software.
Avail has selected an international hosting partner in AWS, with redundant, low-latency Internet connectivity, physical access security, and redundant, physically separated data centres for immediate disaster recovery. The “cloud computing” technology used means all servers are deployed across several physical machines, providing redundancy and immediate scalability in step with demand.
