Get any issues you encounter resolved quickly through our helpdesk, which is staffed by highly qualified and trained experts. Product Support is available both pre-launch and post-launch, for technical and usage-related questions, and with business hours or 24×7x365 availability.

Account Management

Our Account Managers provide personal, informed and fast responses to any enquiries you may have, and ensure your full satisfaction. Account reviews are held regularly, and when you require them, e.g. while planning major site redesigns or shifts in your e-commerce strategy.

Product Training

We offer classes tailored for both technical users, looking to operate & integrate Avail Behavioral Merchandising™, and business users, with tutorials and best practices for the Control Panel. Avail offers both online and in-person training classes.

Avail Partner & User Community

Through the Avail Partner & User community, Avail organizes regular webinars, events and other activities focusing on best practices in behavioral merchandising, and how to achieve them using the Avail solution or by adding a partner solution.

Free Upgrades

Access all new software releases, containing new and enhanced functionality. When combined with Managed Hosting, you are automatically upgraded to the latest stable release.

Managed Deployment

After contract signature, our product experts will help you create a merchandising strategy and implementation plan, technical integration support and quality assurance, pre-launch product training, and post-launch business performance review and optimization.
